"This is my neighborhood location. Food use to be consistently great. Now food is different depending on the time of day. Sometimes shorted on number of pieces or not given right mix, i.e. 10 piece dark with more drumsticks than thighs. Staff changed as well. Sometimes short and inarticulate."

"Half the tables available when we arrived. For a party of 2 we were told 10-25 minute wait. We waited an hour and watched atleast 5 parties leave with no one being seated. Asked to speak with the manager, they said because they had 1 party of 18 they couldn't handle anyone else. Over half tables available with a service staff of over 7 out on the floor not counting bartender and cooks. Unacceptable, lost my business."

"For many years I thought Chipotle was doing a good job with her food. Last year or so, the quality of the offer is gone. Usually they are always from the Fajitas. This is not only at this point, but several other places say they are from Fajitas. Also, on several occasions they have made of paper for revenue or the scanner does not work for their reward points. For a restaurant, not having food, is simply unacceptable because they should. In addition, to increase prices, while the quality of what they offer has no meaning and is a kind of lap in the face of the customer. I started bringing my business differently."
