"Both my wife had the seafood sampler. it was good, my only problem was that the server told us that it would be a dinner only a "copper of mice more", actually it was the appetizer price side salat price together, nothing else. the rolls were also very good. the environment as well as the customer come in dressed causal, but the menu prices were raised."

"3 stars at best .Came recommended by friends. I had fried catfish fillet and fried oysters combo. Fish was perfect, but oysters did not seem fresh, were overcooked.My baked potato seemed like it was baked the night before . It was discolored and lukewarm at best. Fried okra was good,server was polite but we didn’t receive water or extra napkins. The worst part- a large party was in private area, but not soundproofed for sure. Birthday party,kids squealing ,probably being antagonized by stupid so called adults. They screamed and squealed for 45 minutes, and you could see the look of misery on everyone’s faces. Not the restaurant’s fault, blame stupid,self centered thoughtless adults for that one ."

"The food was exceptional! We actually drove 2.5 hours to Birmingham to have lunch at Papadeaux. As always the wait was extensive, so we decided to try something new. I'm so happy we did, we'll definitely be back!"

"The waitress was exceptional!!!But the restaurant itself didn't give you very much choice on your meals you couldn't really change them or substitute or make any changes of your own. You had to get what they had on the menu. I didn't like that.And I feel like the prices were a little higher than they needed to be for example one normal sized crab cake was $10.50.Again the waitress was exceptional the restaurant wasn't that great I will not be going back."

"I so wanted a replacement for the last boil led bag place we loved. Well the search continues... the staff was very friendly and our waitress was awesome!!! The food... was average at best. For the price you pay... it should be amazing!! So here are something's to note. You have to ask the waitress/waiter for the crab leg crackers... as far as the crab slicers... you know the thing that looks like a crab claw with a sharp side.... Well there are none to be had as we never received any. Needless to say I left a good amount of crab in parts of the legs... the crab also didn't crack very well...."
