"Very poor service. Arrived without a reservation and they were full. Made a reservation for the following evening, and when we arrived, they did not have a place for us. I would recommend exploring other options otherwise you may find yourself going hungry."

"I went drive thru at 5:30 pm April 29th and the young gentleman taking my order was less than friendly bordering on blatantly rude..no hi, just 'what can I get you ' then 'pull up ' and when he gave me my coffee ..I said thank you and he just turned away...didn 't say a word..I sat at the window hoping he 'd come back so I could tell him how rude he was but he never came back so if my coffee wasn 't right or I needed a napkin...too bad I guess. I also work at a much busier drive thru than this and I wouldn 't dream of being that way with customers...First impressions are very important to a business.Parking: Lots of parking."

"No baked potatoes left at a steak house? The signature dish was terrible, need to fire the chef there!!!! Lobster tail was way over cooked, was like eating saw dust was so overcooked, and the steak was still mooing, bloody and cold in middle, far from medium rare, even after redirecting was still very rare! Signature dishes where unacceptable! and no baked potatoes left at a steak house, !!!!"

"Had dinner with my friend and stepdaughter. The atmosphere is good and the staff was friendly and pleasant. The young woman who served us was friendly and jovial. The food was excellent, with the only complaint the steaks were somewhat saltier than we would like - and we do as salty. Portions are big. If you're hungry, you won't be disappointed. Our only complaint is if you will pay what you pay for a steak, it should be grass fed, grass production, not corn fed!"

"Great chicken joint! I love the food and crispy crunchy chicken.The tenders are *chef's kiss* to die for. My mouth is watering now. I wish it were easier on the wallet or I'd go more often. Nice atmosphere, very well lit. This place is a beacon in the winter. A nice place to be!"

"We had lunch. Two burgers and Salmon Burger. Burgers were charbroiled to the point of being crispy. Too crunchy for me with overpowering taste of the grill. Salmon Burger was VERY strong flavour. Service was pretty good and very accommodating. Very nice venue. Disappointed because we had heard very nice things. Probably won't be back."

"1st and last time... 40 minutes to get our COLD FOOD...ordered online 24/09 11:40 .1 person finishing her lunch. Food was cold and soggy...after 40 minutes. We had to get our bag out of the shelves. Cause the immigrant workers were to busy having fun in the back . Nobody acknowledged us sitting in the store waiting... NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!. USELESS."
