"Hostess and waitress were both pleasant and attentive. Food service was slower than expected and food was more lukewarm than hot on arrival but tasted wonderful. The dining area was very noisy and often we had to repeat ourselves over noise- we ate during brunch and people around us were having mimosas and enjoying themselves. No one was obnoxious, there was just not noise dampening design built into the area etc."

"Sam’s is classic diner food with classic diner service. Food comes out hot and fast with the server keeping an eye on refills for drinks. There’s plenty of seating so when we arrived at 9 a.m. for breakfast on a weekday we didn’t have to wait. Portions are generous, easily enough for a second serving. The hash browns and sausage were fried to a crisp serving as a great foundation for the over easy eggs and sausage gravy. This was really filling and so, so good."

"Food was really good! Service was a little slow but the waitress had a lot of tables and was very nice so we understood. We got the Eggs Benedict and the eggs were cooked perfectly and hollandaise was spot on. Gets a little busy so I'd reccomend going early to beat the wait or make a reservation."

"Great Deli. The corned beef was lean and delicious. The pickles and coleslaw were excellent. Our friend had the brisket wrap and said it was excellent, as well. A go-to place for deli food."

"Super fun and vibrant brunch spot with plenty of pop culture nostalgia to go around. Didn’t eat in but wanted too after seeing the inside. Menu is overflowing with brunch hits. Ended up going with the Aztec Rice that was tasty and healthy, but left me kicking myself for not ordering one of their biscuits items. Will be back to try more!"

"The chicken was raw in the middle. The server tried to explain that the chicken was pink an bloody because it was marinated in brine. Then he took it back to the kitchen. He didn’t bring another piece until we were ready to depart. The woman at the next table waited half an hour before her order was taken."

"Our server was great- overall service was a bit slow (almost 2 hours for dinner for 2 people at 8:15pm) but could be that (I think) the same kitchen serves all restaurants. I did not feel that the speed was the fault of our server. They want you to take your time and enjoy the experience. Note that there were plenty of open tables during our time slot. Due to the fact that the kitchen is on another level downstairs, our food wasn’t exactly warm when it hit our table. Overall food was good (a few dishes were very good). I was disappointed with one of our appetizers as it tasted like Campbell’s tomato soup on top of gnocchi with Mexican cheese blend and bacon bits. No seasoning. The winter lettuce salad, wagyu steak, and sides were amazing. Wine was excellent."
