"The music volume (noise level) at dinner was above the top. We asked the host to disable our server... what they did, but then someone set it up again. Either our server could not hear us, or he was distracted by how our questions answered very generically. Odd experience. Food was good, not exceptional. But great location."

"As I entered I was quickly greeted and sat and a neatly set table, the waitress was very kind and quickly brought us drinks. Our food came in a very timely manner and it?s was cooked WELL. I?m a big fan of corned beef for breakfast so I like to try it everywhere. You can tell it?s cooked fresh here and not from a can. As we were eating she was attentive and brought us the check before we were done. The reason I mention this is because I love being able to pay prior to being finished eating. I think it?s so convenient to be done with the bill and then be able to just get up and go versus waiting around for the bill. I really enjoyed this restaurant and I think the run it very well."

"First time at Nortons and it definitely won't be my last. We did first come over for the pastrami sandwich, but being a big steak sandwich fan, I ordered the East Coast Philly and it was delicious! Will definitely try the pastrami next time I go past Santa Barbara. Although it's a nice place, 4 Stars due to limited seating pandemic or not."

"SM diner with diner classics and old school vibes. Came here on a Saturday for lunch (indoor dining only, no outdoor options) around 1 and the place was buzzing. You get seated and then you pay at the hostess stand (your waiter will bring out your bill once you?re done eating). There?s a tight parking lot so you might need to find metered street parking on Wiltshire or go into one of the residential neighborhoods to park. They do have Groupon deals which you also need to show the hostess stand when you?re paying. The restaurant seemed to be able to accommodate several large groups as well as wheelchairs via their circular tables. Bathrooms are available in the back right hand side. The place is much bigger than you?d expect looking from the outside! Split a pastrami sandwich and added fries on the side, which they just put on the same plate. They provide halved pickles and mustard on the side. The pastrami was hot and tasty, and the rye bread was hearty. The fries came out piping hot and condiments like ketchup are readily available at the table. Overall, it?s a good spot to grab some comfort food and to bring your family."

"We are local. I just wanted to go with cheese, speck and toast. eggs were partly brown without cheese. bacon's undercooked. toast black on one side and on the other side roasted. we try this restaurant more and more because they are outsourced by local ranchers and farms. but it doesn't matter if they can't cook the food properly. such a disappointing waste of money and time. I am ready to give up this restaurant"
