"I had dinner on a Wednesday and it was a very pleasant experience. It is remarkable that the amount of care about the styling of the restaurant. The menu was on request in Spanish and English. I see some comments complaining about prices and the lack of a devastation menu, perhaps these people are not aware of what times we live and certainly have no background in connection with the cooking industry. The restaurant had a tasting menu before, but they had to remove it because of the economic effects of Kovid. The quality of the ingredients is at the highest standards for the price. As a professional I recognize the effort that the team is doing to overcome Covid and become an emerging star in the culinary panorama of Gran Canaria. It is undoubtedly a luxurious restaurant, but not yet on a Michelin Star level, there is still lacking detail, advanced decoration, several consistencies, several temperatures, bread basket variance, several canapés, a Predessert and other elements typical of the first star. That I said I am sure that they give them time with eliminating restrictions due to the Kovid and increasing popularity they would be able to get it because I think that is what they strive. I suggest people go to this restaurant now because the prices are rising when they get a star :D Flavio de Stefano"
