"I enjoyed this place. My family does BBQ so I am picky/spoiled. This place is awesome. I recommend brisket and the best potato salad this side of my momma's. Moreover, the service! I battle with OA so some days I don't walk well. I ordered and when I got there to pick it up the young man came out and took my payment and then brought out my to go order. That's above and beyond."

"We love visiting Southland Bagel on the weekends and their Just Beet It sandwich is a favorite. All of their bagels and spreads are great, but it seems that they’re never toasted enough. They come out of the toaster looking the same and are cold by the time we get to them.UPDATE: After requesting our bagels be double toasted, they were again only slightly warmed, as shown in these photos. We understand that they’re boiled fresh with Kentucky ingredients each morning but it’s not too much to ask for a bagel to be browned and actually toasted for the customer. They’ve pushed back on this from other reviews and for these reasons we won’t be returning."

"Very disappointing. Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon served cold. Asked for a straw several times and it never came. Had to ask for coffee refills which is odd during breakfast. Coffee usually flows. I made the reservation based on previous good reviews so perhaps we happened to be there on a bad day."
