"Como Balcarce está ubicado en la PB del shopping es un lugar muy tranquilo, sin poco tránsito y donde uno se puede instalar, además, a ojear o leer algunos de los textos ofrecidos en librería Galerna, de lunes a viernes es esta facilidad. Dentro de las opciones de Balcarce se ofrecen dulces para merienda o desayuno, desde las riquísimas porciones de las afamadas tortas de la marca, a budines o bien paninis para un snack salado. Los precios están conformes al lugar y el tipo de atención es excelente. Muy recomendable"

"Excelente lugar para ir a tomar el té o cafe con tortas y pasar la tarde con amigas. También podés comprar para llevar.Horario de atención amplio, lunes a la tarde y de martes a sabado hacen horario corrido. Tambien atienden los domingos horario cortado.La decoración es hermosa, bien rococó y delicada. Los utensillos y la vajilla es lindisima!Tienen té en hebras y café Nescafe Alegria de maquina. Mi favorito: moccachino.La pasteleria es riquisima, artesanal, la más rica de Neuquén. Mi favorito: lemon pie y crumble de manzana.Tenes opciones de tortas varias, tarteletas, cupcakes, cakepops, tartas frutales, alfajores, pastafrolas de varios sabores (membrillo, batata, blueberry), macarrons, alfajorcitos, conitos de dulce de leche, y etc etc...También hacen desayunos y son súper completos. Si querés los llevan a domicilio.Las tortas son tremendas!!! Riquisimas! Yo tuve la suerte de tener las tortas de mi boda hechas por Malala. Un espectaculo!!!RECOMENDADISIMO!"

"Very good proposal of Mediterranean food with a Patagonian touch. Impressive wine cellar. Very rich and abundant dishes. Pear salad with blue cheese, delicious. Meats and pastas, very good too. The right attention, very kind and always correct. The chocolate mousse, the best I tried. Prices, expensive, but in Neuquen it's all very expensive. But it's worth the experience of coming to eat at this restaurant."

"Increíble de rica la comida de este lugar , las picadas excelentes y las papas un manjar ! La atención también muy buena, los mozos siempre atentos a lo que necesitáramos ! La música a un volumen justo para poder charlar y escucharnos, yo no tomo cerveza pero mis amigas opinaron que eran muy ricas ! Lo súper recomiendo !!!"
