"I said it once and I'll say it again. Bonefish Grill, in my book still a Seafood lover if not paradise! Of all fish and seafood restaurants my wife and I had the opportunity to try all over the country, Bonefish Grill (BFG) continues to the top 10 seafood foods in the country – regardless of which you are trying. With over 200 locations throughout the country, and despite the volume and size, they have found the secret to keep their quality good, service as good and as exemplary as humanly possible, excellent attention to detail and an ability to adapt to their communities and environments! Recently we visited one of their newest restaurants, only five days after the opening. This is a time in a restaurant business that the restaurant operator wants to go fast because it is difficult to avoid mistakes and disasters. Let me say they won't disappoint you. We haven't discovered disasters, just the opposite. Recently moved to Phoenix, one of the few restaurants we missed very much from the east coast was BG. But now they are here and let me tell you that there is the fish and seafood place to go. The place if you have simple or discriminatory taste. We decided to order from our old BG factories to see if they retain their excellence throughout the country. We started with two refreshing cocktails – a Moscow Mule and a white cosmopolitan Martini... both perfectly prepared as if the bartender had made them for years! We continued with a fantastic playback of a great Tuna Sashimi. Perfectly prepared with the right amount of sesame seeds, and cooked exactly right! Made elegant with any desired ingredient. My wife and I can keep saying WOW if you have it. As I have said in the past, most of their offers are always well prepared and served in my top ten list. This new location is fantastic that it has the opportunity to dine in its regular dining area, its casual bar surround edges, and the actual bar and very, very beautiful, its ample outdoor seating area. Our next picks for dinner were Chicken Tacos with an incredible execution of Lump Crab Corn Chowder with some bacon – just wonderful. Although I also had my portion of the fabulous Chowder, I had the Tempura style Battered Fish Chips. Enjoyed every morsel and tidbit. As a fan of their east coast, which is North Atlantic Cod, I was glad to find their use of Alaskan Pollock, which like Cod is a mild-flavored white fish with a delicate and fakier, but slightly denser in the texture. Not my recreational fish, but worked very well with their fantastic dough. We have our meal with their fantastic brownie – just great... "Nuff said! I have only one question for companies: Bouillabaisse, Cioppino, Caldo de mariscos, Riblji paprika, or Zarzuela – will we see a new edition of fish/Seafood stone at any time soon? I also need to mention that Bonefish's commitment to its national professionalism, services and attention offered by our server Colette, as well as knowledge and care by the Floor Manager Rhonda, cannot be improved in a higher bistro. Whether you want to stay at the bar or in the restaurant, we highly recommend it! By the way, be ready for crowds in the near future, but this joint will be really, really very popular. We're coming back, and again... Profiter et bon appétit!"
