"This experience was absolutely fantastic I give four stars only because parking lot is not handicapped friendly! 1st they have several parking spots however at the end of the path you run into stairs and you have to continueto go around to reach the ramp, in the path to the ramp is narrow using a walker or wheel chair its exhausting the ramp should be at the end of the path now to good part The host was friendly walking through the doors to walking , The staff work as team bringing the food , No long wait for the food my waitress Teyona (like the princess) was kind funny and tend to every need quickly ask for her definitely 3 Lets talk about the crab cake amazing in lobster Almost forgot i was in the south shrimp and grits Well after eating i want to hire him to my pirvate chef....."

"I had a Jack Daniel's on the rocks and the blackened catfish. My drink glass was filthy. I was here with a party of 15. They limited our drinks to two drinks per person. Half the party got our food and half waited for a while. The reservation was made a month in advance but they still weren't ready for us. We overheard a different waiter complaining about the size of our party to the patrons sitting behind us. Overall not a good dining experience. For the price we expected much better service."

"Hard for me to give less than 5 stars to any Pappadeaux, but there were some issues with the food that never should have happened. We did enjoy ourselves and Princess at the bar was great. The service at the Pappas chains of restaurants is always great. This location is connected to a convention center, so the prices are higher and the menu is limited. I still expected the food to be as perfect as it always is at any other location. We will likely return, but have a little lower expectations. Oh! The alligator was the best I have ever had!"
