"The starters were quite disappointing, beans in olive oil and garlic, fried bell peppers and cottage cheese. The main courses were very good, wild boar with apple pure and pig cheeks with asparagus migas (boiled and fried bread crumbs in olive oil, garlic and coriander). The meal turned sour with the deserts, we asked for a pajama (a mix of all the desserts available), we were served 3 thin slices of encharcada (alentejo iconic dessert), an 2 others i don´t quite recall. Sericaia (another alentejo iconic dessert) was over had finished and they didn´t tell us. When the bill arrive we were charged 2 times 4,5€ for this (quite a hold up). The dinning room is quite small so reservation is advised. Parking is quite easy in the surroundings."
