"They lack products that need to be available in certain days. Looks like the whole staff is changing. The Bagel's Tuesday has always been missing Bagels in the morning. They never have fresh products and always lack warehouses. The managers are very rude when you complain about the situation. Only the participants worth going to the store, they try their best to fix the problem. But honestly, I have to go 4 miles away to Hallandale Beach to have a good service store. And the next one is 0.2 mi from my house. It's just overwhelmed!!"

"I received almost half a bowl of croutons after specifically asking for no croutons. This was the third time in a row that this happened. Which is why I am now writing this review. I think they do this to give you less salad and fill up the bowl with croutons, even if you asked for no croutons. They are extremely cheap and stingy with the salad dressing. For a whole bowl of salad dressing they give you a container with about 1/2 a teaspoon of salad dressing. One of the things that made the visit unpleasant is hearing the workers discuss other customers disparagingly. It made me not want to come back as I?m sure they were going to talk about me asking for extra salad dressing."

"I've been here a few times, the staff are always super nice and polite, shout out to garey who brought my drink to my table when i forgot it, was genuinely pleasant and welcoming, and in South beach that's rare. Nice place to sit out of the sun in comfortable areas, all tables have electrical outlets, free WiFi, i am never rushed out of here, very relaxing place. Great for getting out of the house and doing some work on the laptop.... or killing time while there's construction at your house, such as I'm doing today Lots of little quiet corners, reasonably priced food"

"It was very busy I was there on a Saturday!! The food was great I had a Flatbread sandwich. They forgot the bacon on my dads sandwich and they gave him a free desert because of it! Great service"

"This place is hit or miss. Service and quality of food is never consistent. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that came great and also ordered a bagel not cut and not roasted. When I got the bagel, he was cut awfully. How do you screw a bagel when you put it in a machine? Then it toast beyond recognition and put it in a bag for someone to consume."
