"Read a lot of positive reviews about the place. Decided to visit it for brunch on an ordinary Sunday. Party of four, waited about 40 minutes to get a table. Waited about 15 minutes at the table without a single person greeting us. Waitress finally gotthere and was nice, but looked frantic and overworked. Food came relatively quick, as a matter of fact, it beat the drink Iordered, their famous bloody mary, which if you're into bitter, you'll def like. Repeat, the food beat the drink to thetable. My kids said the breakfast wasn't anything special, borderline bland. My wife got the shrimp and grits and they looklike it was a layer of oil on top. The food was definitely not worth the wait. Not to rag too much on this place, but I havehad much, much better. Don't know why this was listed best breakfast in Raleigh. It's NOT."

"I’ve been here many times and have always been happy with the service and the food ! And I like that they use cloth napkins! I have no idea how I destroy paper napkins but I’m one of those people. It’s usually in shreds when I’m eating . "
