"The food was at best room temperature. The grottos and the severity were almost ice cold. Even after we asked for a replacement engraving, it was also cold. We heard great reviews about this place and were very disappointed."

"Expect a long wait, but you can call ahead. You wait because it is delicious. The menus look like old newspapers and you can keep them as a souvenir. For breakfast it is expensive, but the portions are huge. I couldn't finish the omelet, it must have been 5 eggs or more. My friend got the pancakes and they are huge too! It comes in a skillet and is like a literal cake. It's over an inch thick maybe even two. One can fill you up. The service was top notch too. Once you get in the food comes quick."

"Deep fried cinnamon roll was pretty much the MOST amazing thing I’ve ever put in my mouth!! We got here at 8am and had to wait about 90 minutes, totally worth it!! Although, we were told we could have gotten on the wait list online, not sure how that works though, so check on it for sure so you don’t have to wait as long as we did. The Eggs Benedict was also excellent! Only complaint was the slice of ham was a little too thick for a benedict."

"Nice place with fun and varying attractions and good food options. But, there are various pay walls, and the website does not inform guests about what Is or isn't open. You have to either call or get all the way there, pay, then discover what is open. We received a ticket to their mountain coaster as part of an event but were unable to do it as we would have had to pay parking just to ride that one thing and leave.If this is what you plan to do for a day, I definitely recommend it. However, this is not one of the many more affordable activities in Pigeon Forge, and I'd not recommend paying for it unless you plan to stay most or all of the day and do all of the attractions. The attractions they have are all fun and even relaxing, but there are other more accessible options around Pigeon Forge."

"Dried to the death of the highs, but thought that was so cool and I would do it completely again. Definitely not as scary as I thought it would be. The ride takes about 10 minutes and 10 minutes back. It was beautiful. The guy who was driving was kind. I can't remember the price per person, but you can do as much as you want for 2 days with the purchase so it was worth the price."
