"My wife and I had lunch at your IHOP restaurant at Higley rd, Mesa, AZ. We ordered lunch because the waiting team was good, but my wife's meal was terrible. She had the older turkey. I asked the waiter how the turkey was heated. He said it was heated on a grill so that the turkey was browned by the box and dry. The gravitation did not finish dryness. I also asked the manager, she said the turkey was heated on the grill. We eat a lot at this IHOP. Needless to say we never order this meal again. We ate a turkey dinner at the Village Inn in Mesa and the turkey was moist and tender. Why?"
