"The service was far from professional, it seemed that the people were unexperienced. They were friendly but seemed like their thoughts were somewhere else. Items were missing from the bill and when we remarked they did not even appolgise but just asked us to wait for a larger bill!!"

"I arrived in the restaurant and my booking was not noticed by the system. the waiter put us down and then we had no attention for at least 20 minutes before someone came to take our order. eating came quite fast, it was a standard waiting period for about 10 minutes. the eating was not bad it was tasty but, we ordered the thali and it is not a thali that they would expect in the rule, as there are only three options in the three graduation plate dhal, rice and a curry, we had to order additionally naan to go to. a traditional thali would have numerous options, which in the rule at £15pp was very over price. the normal dishes are also very over price at some curries price at 15 € or higher. would only recommend going as last option, unless they feel like waiting and spending. the palace indian restaurant is much better."
