"Cannot say enough great things about this establishment. The food was AMAZING. Oysters were fresh and delicious. Their featured entrees are unique and tasty. The icing on the cake was the friendly, helpful service. Our waiter was efficient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience a good one. "We went here on Mother's Day, and fortunately we made a reservation because it was pretty busy. Our waitress even said the wait for sushi was pretty long. I mainly wanted oysters, hence why we came here. To drink I got the Water St. Wave and it was absolutely delicious! It will sneak up on you though. My husband wanted a custom drink, and our waitress was more than helpful. We started with the seafood tower and it had two dozen oysters, one pound of shrimp, fish dip, shoyu salmon poke, and some kind of marinated shrimp with olives and avocados. I was a little overwhelmed when it came out because of how much food there was right in front of us. The oysters were fresh and delicious. The shrimp was good, I could do without what tasted like Old Bay Seasoning on the top. The fish dip was good, just a little salty. It paired well with the toasted bread that our waitress brought out for us. The salmon poke was fresh and yummy, our least favorite was the marinated shrimp. We just didn't really like it. My husband got the Red Dragon roll which he liked. I wasn't too hungry after the seafood tower, so I just got a baked potato. Overall, I enjoyed eating here and we will definitely be back!"

"This place is pricy, but beautiful for a splurge on a dinner overlooking the sea. You can call to make reservations for dinner and request a table overlooking the sea. They bring a free hot bread with home made honey butter. We had the beer steamed mussels and the crabs Mac and cheese. The crabs Mac and cheese were packed with crabs and delicious larger pieces of bacon. Overall, it was a very large portion that satisfied more than our hunger. We even had to put some in the box. The mussels came with Texas toast and were in a delicious tomato-based broth. We have a bottle of wine that was $28 at the cheaper end of the offer (can be the cheapest). Our waitress was very nice and attentive to our entire stay. This restaurant on the second floor of the Omni Hotel. Valet parking is complementary to eating here, which was nice and comfortable. Note that the highway here, there is a lot of construction now and Google Maps was not up to date. If you can avoid the highways when you travel here."

"The all-glass walls at Hester 's at the Art Museum provide spectacular views of CC Bay, the Harbor Bridge and the city 's top two attractions on North Beach (Aquarium and Lexington). The food is healthy, fresh and one of the sure bets for having a really good lunch in Corpus Christi. It 's inside the museum, but they allow you to enter for free if you are dining at Hester 's. Service is fast and quality is dependable."

"Docs is our go to place when we are here in town. We visited twice on our stay this time. The food is excellent along with the service and the drinks. I had a pina colada one night and a tsunami the next. The views are excellent. We were there one evening and got to watch the sunset. Beautiful. They even treated our son with utmost kindness. Amanda and Whitney were are waitresses on each night respectively. Their customer service was very excellent. We will keep coming back!!"
