"Eggs Benedict and waffles were cold. Server had to reorder for us. Prime Rib and gravy were not hot enough. Turkey gravy could have been warmer. Turkey was the best that we've ever had. Tender, moist and flavorful. Mashed potatoes and stuffing were very good. Table service was excellent! Service at the dessert bar was poor. Servers were chatting amongst themselves and not paying attention to me. My wife experienced the same issue. I asked for a scoop of ice cream. The server put it in a bowl and handed it to me. She never asked if I wanted any sauce or toppings. I had to hand her the bowl back and ask her myself. No prosciutto or smoked salmon this year."

"Teresa and Marcie were so helpful and friendly.. Great service, excellent variety of foods, both traditional and added local cultural flavors. I recommend the Country Loco Moco. Very accommodating for the whole family. The Fire Grill made our stay great."

"The SOS was probably the best I had during our vacation. The seafood inside, from the clams to the scallops, it was cooked perfectly, soft and clearly fresh. The sauce had no reason to be that good and was made even better when paired with the rice. The ceviche was above average and well balanced. All in my group loved the drinks as well. Overall, am excellent meal."
