"I try to patronize blk business but I'm tired of this. Place my food order 4:47pm. 6pm no food, 8pm no food. i called establishment they know nothing. Long to short. Talk to the restuarant at 8pm, no food. I had to get up and go get the food at freaking 9pm. Then when I got there, they wanted to charge me for a tip and a service charge she stated we always do that So you want to charge me to get out of my fuzzy PJs drive to your establishment. The meal should have been free with an I'm sorry. Never again, soooo disappointed. 4.25 hours late AND I had to go get it! Nope, wont be back."

"Here to pickup a grub hub order. They state they close at 8:00, however they closed thier doors at 7:30. I have gathered they stop taking orders at 7:00 and 8:00 is what time the employees leave after cleaning up. This is the second time this has happened. It would be ok if they would communicate this better and I didn’t have to drive 35 minutes to get here"

"The crab cake sandwich was GREAT. Was a gigantic crab cake patty, nicely crisped and paired with lettuce, tomatoes and tartar. But not enough tartar sauce imo. Despite the shop appearing more like it could be a convenience store(? my sandwich came out fresh.. almost incredibly fresh. Lettuce was fresh, tomatoes was fresh, bread was fresh, and the crab patty was not even greasy! It was probably the most non-greasy pretty-fied sandwich I ever had. These people really value the way they treat food. Not to mention customer service here is excellent, very nice people."
