"The service was absolutely awful. In fairness to our very young looking waiter, he was not well trained and the place was not well staffed for a Friday night. He was very polite and apologetic, but the service was really terrible. It took about minutes to get water and then about minutes after arrival to get our drinks. My husband ordered a dry Hendricks gin martini and received a gin margarita. A Hendricks gin margarita. I really don't even think that is a thing and it shouldn't be a thing yuck. I think the waiter was under the drinking age and didn't know the wines or drinks that we ordered, but you would think the bartender would hear that and suggest he go back to the table for clarification. We never got our appetizer. The fish entrees were very good but the steaks were very overcooked ordered medium rare and served medium well. However, since everything took so long to arrive, we couldn't send it back and still get to our show on time. It was a very poor experience"

"The husband and and I drove over an hour to try this place, and it was well worth it! EVERYTHING was PERFECTION! Amazing Old Fashions, and wine selection. We had 3 appetizers, truffle fries, aged bone in ribeye lamb chops, and no complaints whatsoever. Our server Laurie was very knowledgeable, attentive, and went way above and beyond! We were having issues figuring out how to add time to our parking pass, since we are out of town, so she asked which vehicle was ours, and went out in the cold and added time for us! My only complaint is we didn’t have room for dessert. We just found out new favorite place in Green Bay, and can’t wait to return."

"I can't say enough about this place. 1st time in Green Bay. Found this place through reviews on here and I am so thankful I came. KAT! She is the woman! Been here since the beginning, not only did she give me a history lesson but her humor and amazing customer service made me feel right at home The restaurant itself is set in a old train depot, last train left here in 1971 but they still drive by and honk for KAT! There is an outside patio right by the train tracks and the interior is cozy and comfortable and you can see how it looked when it was an actual waiting room for a train station. Food is amazing, I had the chicken and waffles, tender and juicy and the sugar waffles were done perfectly. This will be my spot every time I'm here. Thank you!"

"The food was absolutely delicious. Our group had steak, mushroom strawberry, whale, shrimp and pepper paste and garlic shrimp. We all enjoyed every part of our meals. The culinary experience was also top notch. Our server (Amanda? was attentive and very professional. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. This new restaurant is a great addition to Green Bay! The hotel is located on the top of the Bellin building."

"We made a reservation for 6:30 via open table. Upon arrival there was no host or hostess to greet you so we waited for the bartender’s attention. The bartender had his back to us for quite some time before he turned around and acknowledged our presence. The place was about half full but we were told there was about a half hour wait because they were serving a big group “that came late”. We ordered a tap beer and waited. The entire staff showed no sense of hustle or intent to catch up. We were seated after about a half hour, waited another half hour for our order to be taken and then 45 minutes for the food. The entrees were not hot, and appeared to have been sitting under the warmer for awhile. I got the bluegill dinner and got 3 small fillets no more than 3 inches long and it didn’t taste very fresh. My wife got the Coc Au Vin, the chicken was over cooked and dry. We heard the commercial on the radio, tried it and were completely disappointed so we won’t be back."

"The $10 cesar salad is small. There is no chicken or veggies other than lettuce. 5 croutons, doused in parmesan, and an oily tasteless vinaigrette. How do they justify this price? The bread option does not specify what kind of bread, one would expect Italian or French bread with butter and marinara but they send pita with the blandest marinara and overgarliced butter I’ve ever had the displeasure to try. Won’t be giving the rest of their menu a go just based on this lunch experience alone, and I don’t see them lasting long with all the better food options available in this area. Save your money for somewhere worth it."
