"Went here on a cold November Monday and was very pleased with my experience! Food was amazing. Highly recommend the Artichoke and spinach dip, Red hat burger, and the butternut squash curry. Their zero proof (non alcoholic drinks) were also great. They even wished my significant other a happy birthday. Wasn't too packed on Monday when they opened up but I suggest you make a reservation during their weekend hours. From service, staff, ambience and the food everything was AMAZING. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely restaurant, great service, did not love the tomahawk, was underwhelming in flavor and very fatty. The seafood tower was great, as were the hash browns and asparagus. Both the apple and chocolate lava deserts were delicious. Service was very nice as well."

"Might just be because of the off season, or perhaps because the crabs aren't in full season yet, but ate there 3/19 and the crab cake sandwich was meh. Wasn't the worst I have ever had, but it also was pretty far from the best. It was a shame because the atmosphere and view from this restaurant was really nice. We also had the calamari basket which was good. The portions for fries was really good. Waitstaff were great as well, very attentive. I would give them another try in the summer season. Also, be prepared for resort prices, I was OK with the food, but an iced tea was $5.Kid-friendliness: They had a decent kids menu. Good choices, not all seafood."

"We found the staff arrogant, condescending, and very unwelcoming. We have stayed there several times over the last twenty years. Definitely a different experience. Maybe there’s a new owner?Updated: The reply from the owner to me again shows the attitude. Instead of just saying I 'm sorry your experience didn 't meet your expectations , they question why they cant find me in their system. I have stayed several times, the first being 20-25 years ago, if memory serves, but i don 't need to prove that to anyone.There were definitely more than two staff members that interacted with us. I remember 4.I am very fair in my reviews and almost always they are positive. In fact, I did two very positive reviews of two other places in Irvington. I am offering my honest opinion. We felt very unwelcome and wont return. I am sure many others have great experiences, but ours was not"
