"We have been coming here for 6+ years and have never experienced what we experienced today. The seaweed in the rolls were unbearably chewy. When we asked the waitress if there was anything that could be done, we were told, “it’s the same, there’s nothing we can do.” This was the first time in 6+ years that we couldn’t/didn’t finish our food."
