"I’ve been going here for a couple of years now and the food and service have always been good even on busy nights. But I unfortunately had an experience where I won’t be coming back. Went out for dinner with friends, I waited 30 minutes for a single roll as the rest of my table got whatever they ordered including soba, salads and other rolls. I requested soba when I was asked if I wanted to order anything else and it never came. We asked the waiter and he said it was still being made but I left last night never even seeing the dish. Everyone else enjoyed their food at the table but when I ordered something it either showed up at snails pace or never showed up. Never left this place still hungry before. But I didn’t want to cause conflict or make a big deal about it but I’m Incredibly disappointed."
