"It's okay. it was good. probably the best thai in tuscon. did not ask us the level of spice. we have spring rolls that were more salate roll. salat from a bag. no zilantro or minze. very little pizazz. pad thai. the same story. good. serviceable. needed crumbled and seasoned. tom yum. large. many sweet. not sharp. fresh crumbles missing. it was like a cook/cook missing. all veg were cut too big without fine and already boiled cock on frozen garnels in the suppe stuffed and stir fry. thai ice cream. good. $5.25 good? maybe."

"The best spring rolls in town. Not the fried type you get other places but the cold rice paper wrapped deliciousness served with a warm peanut sauce. Definitely worth a stop if your wanting spring rolls."

"My VERY 1st time here... Lunch buffet was delicious, except for the Crab Rangoon--I'm accustomed to the sweeter version instead of the sour cream version.? The buffet was missing a few staples as well...Spring rolls, but no egg rolls; mushrooms onions, but no stuffed mushrooms; egg drop soup, but no wonton soup. However, the beef in the Beef Broccoli was THE most tender beef I've EVER had in that dish...EV•ER!!!"

"We found Five Palms while looking for a piano bar. We enjoyed the ambiance and a couple of glasses of wine. It was great so we made reservations for the next night. I requested a table with a view. The hostess called and explained that the view was in another space called Oliva but that reservations were not accepted in that space. She recommended we keep our reservations in the dining room and that we could go to Oliva if a table was available. It was. So we enjoyed the dinner menu and the view. The food and service was excellent so I canceled our reservations at another upscale restaurant and made reservations for Five Palms for Christmas Eve. Before our Christmas Eve dinner, we enjoyed a glass of wine outside near the fireplace. Sadly, Oliva was closed so we couldn't enjoy the view from there but that was a minor inconvenience. The view of the Santa Catalinas from the patio was fabulous. Everything was impeccable in the dining room. The food was outstanding, The service couldn't have been better. In fact, it was like having dinner with very polite friends and family. Five Palms has four different spaces in which to enjoy food and drink. We enjoyed the concept so much we went 3 nights in a row. We've been to many great restaurants in Tucson. Few rival Five Palms."
