"First of all, I'm a 25 year plus fan of Capriotti's. Just about every location I've been to has been top notch, the freshest ingredients and amazing freshly cooked turkey. Until i decided to order takeout from this location... first of all, when I walked in, it looked unkept and dirty and the floor was being cleaned during restaurant hours while customers were there. Second, I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. All these were minor inconvienences until I got my sub. when I opened it, the lettuce was wilted and gross. the turkey was so mushy it almost gelatinous in texture and blended with the mayo into a tuna salad like substance. also the bread was cold and not toasted whatsoever. I wouldn't have been so shocked, if not for the outstanding service and quality of every other Capriottis location I've been to. hopefully these issues will be sorted out, otherwise this location doesn't even deserve the franchise name."
