"I went on October 3, 2020. I think the experience would’ve been far better if the damn bartender/cashier wasn’t such a jerk! He was straight up rude right out the gate. I thought it may have just been me, but my friends also said he was being rude to them as well. We ordered the tots with crawfish étouffée on top… When the order came out, there was no étouffée on the tots so I went to the same rude guy and he said “that’s them”. Uh... I’m from New Orleans and that’s not Étouffée… That’s tomatoes and sour cream. He said the étouffée was underneath it and it definitely wasn’t. Aside from downright disrespectful attitude, the hotdogs were very good. The duck special, which is not on the menu, was delicious and a fan favorite. Everyone we came in contact with, aside from the cashier/bartender, was very nice. An attitude like his does not bode well in a city that depends on its reputation for wonderful hospitality. Especially during Covid."
