"This can be my new favorite ball place! You can say that the bagels are fresh daily. Crack outside, chew inside fluffy. The Bagel breakfast sandwich I had was just $3,50 and tasted amazing. Simple yet efficient. Customer service was also top notch! The lady who worked the register was so nice, then a man helped me choose my dozen bagels for the weekend and gave me suggestions on how to save them when I don't eat them all. The whole experience gave a really personal feeling. He treated me like I was family and it was just my first time here. I will be absolutely back and I cannot wait to taste all the different cream cheese flavors! I mean, look at the veggie cream cheese on the garlic bagel! Wow!"

"At first, Olivia is very polite and when we told her we wanted a minute to decide what we wanted her not to be irritated like many other places. She had a good sense of humor and it was appreciated. The Speck Chipotle chicken pizza is so good!! Everything is so perfect. Nothing is overwhelming, but just mixed well. They blew my fiancen pizza by placing tomatoes on that he didn't want them. We point out, and they apologised immediately, began to make him a new one, and even take the mess in a box for us home and later eat. It was very appreciated as I had my tomato on it and like to have one to eat later. The Mac n cheese was very special. Not because it tastes bad or something, but only not my personal preference for Mac n cheese. The icy cinnamon crunch latte was also pretty good. The southwest Chili chicken salad was also very good. I love the dressing they use. He works directly on the street and I can already see several visits on the way home for me haha!"

"Decided to try something new... been craving bagels but I usually don't eat them. If I'm going to have them, better be the best darn bagel in the area! Chatted up some nice people who are originally from New York as I was in line. They gave it their approval so... that speaks highly. I got a bada bing on a parmesan bagel and a godfather on everything. Hubby gets half of each, obviously???????????? Loves the downtown Lansing city view, no dine in at the moment so you wait at awindow and get to see our town! Shout-out to Mr. Leslie's Cheesecakes for stocking this spot. Snatched a banana creme for Hubby just because????"

"Best bakery down your hands! This place is not disappointed. Well, besides the fact that I now live too far away to often use, I always make it a point to stop for some leaks! The cupcakes are undoubtedly phenomenal yes butter makes it better is so true! The cakes, cookies, bars are also DELISH! Oh, the owners are fabulous! Okay, now I'm hungry for delicious treats. "I used to love Tim Hortons bagels, but now I found out they no longer put cream cheese on them for the customer. They give you one tiny squeeze packet and they are $1.00 each. The vanilla cream donuts are still amazing."

"Had the vegetarian sub and Cajun fries. The fries were good I like my fries squishy and the Cajun seasoning was pretty flavorful. My sub, on the other hand, not so much. The bun was toasted, which is fine, but it provided little structural support for the toppings, which turned out to be mostly lettuce and jalapeno chips, with a few large slices of raw tomato. The grilled ingredients and cheese were barely present. There was also just less of everything on my sub compared to the others at my table one person got the cheeseburger sub and the other got the white lightning, and both were loaded pretty well with toppings. For about $12/meal, I expected a lot more than what I got.I'm also not entirely certain there wasn't meat on my veggie sub. I found a piece of beef under the fries, and while I didn't taste any meat in my sandwich, I can't be totally sure that more didn't make it into my meal from other orders in my party. I'm not vegetarian and mostly avoid red meat for health reasons, but I could see where someone could be really upset to discover such a mistake.Aside from the issues with the food, the service was fine. I'm not sure why, but it was really loud in the restaurant, which made it really, really difficult to hear the people I was with as well as the employees.Overall, my companions were fairly happy with their meals, but I was very disappointed with mine, and I don't anticipate returning."
