"I sat at the bar to watch their anime. I ordered the shrimp shumai, tonkatsu ramen, a rainbow roll, and a matcha milk tea with brown sugar jellies. The waitress said the ramen broth was simmering for like 8 hrs, she wasn?t sure, then she warned me that Ishouldn?t get the tonkatsu because ?it?s not at all spicy?. (Tonkatsu ramen is NOT supposed to be pungent/have heat, did shemean flavor? then she advised ?get the garlic ramen or spicy miso ramen, because they are all made with the same broth.? Thebroth?s all the same? The ramen was disappointing for a ?ramen bar?. The soft boiled eggs and noodles were good. The broth wasbland, really a let down for a ?ramen bar? ? not complex. The chasu was so tough, I gave up on it. The rainbow roll had acorrugated imprint to it and was served with a cherry tomato/ parsley?the sushi did not improve from there. Cold rice and scantfish. The shrimp shumai tasted frozen. The best thing I tried was the matcha milk tea with jellies."
