"Hands down the best Restaurant in Cape May. My wife and I have sat down multiple times at just about every restaraunt in Cape May, from the Ugly Mug to Peter Shields. Our top picks: The Ebbitt Room, The Washington Inn, and Union Square (for their seafood), but The Blue Rose climbs well above the rest. The quality and detail to each entree is spectacular. If you're a foodie and attempting to utilize Yelp to find that hidden gem in Cape May, the Blue Rose is it. I would also like to mention the fine decor, which I don't often comment on, but at the Blue Rose it's worth noting. Very classy and very deserving of every dollar spent."

"We really enjoyed our meal. The room was a little too quiet at first for our 7:00 reservation, but, then as the room filled up it had a nice ambiance. Our specific waitress did not give a great description of the specials or other questions about the food but, the other wait staff seemed GREAT with their descriptions, so, try to get one one them: Food was excellent, fresh, interesting nice sized portions that were not overwhelming. It was a great place for our wedding anniversary dinner. The BYO status REALLY brought the check down to something VERY REASONABLE for the great quality food in a lovely environment."

"To make clear, this is a BYOB! As we sat at the bar waiting for our table, multiple people tried to order drinks ... NO alcohol is available! As for our review ... Excellent! We are often skeptical about steak houses . We started with Shrimp Cocktail U12 by the shrimp which is a great way to have as much or little as you desire. For entree we both had NY Strip with 5oz Lobster Tail. Cooked to perfection, nicely seasoned, and extremely delicious. I had the garlic peppercorn sauce which only made it better. The crusty bread with dipping oils, Truffle Yukon Potato side, complimentary salad and dessert rounded out to a fantastic meal. The bonuses are fantastic oceanfront view, the ambiance, and very attentive service. We could not have asked for more. A new must stop for us in Cape May!"
