"Ordered sandwiches and Caesar salad to go for lunch with a friend. I was so excited to try it! We ordered and went outsides to wait. The girl who took our order came back out and said she’d need to charge our cards for another dollar if we wanted the Caesar salads. My friend said no big deal, just do the normal salad with Caesar dressing. She said she couldn’t even give us Caesar dressing without charging us a dollar each. ? Truly good customer service is hard to come by but we didn’t find it here. Just a little petty to come ask us for cards for their $1 dressing mistake. Food was okay."

"The best steak house I've ever been, and that's why I love going back. Had the 16oz hand cut steak and let me tell you it was cooked to perfection in every bite. Oh and the bacon wrapped fillet mignon was dying for and the salad bar is absolutely amazing as well as always, but the steak takes that?."

"Everything about this place is wonderful! I walked in and the staff was able to accommodate me in between reservations in the dining room. The selection of food and drink will please anyone. The only thing better than the food was the staff. Thank you."

"As usual the food was exceptional but the service was lacking. Not at all what I have been used to at Larkins. Our waiter came gave us water took our drinks and our orders. Drinks were great. Someone else brought our food and since we both had steak, we had to ask for steak knives. Our original waiter checked on us once to see that the food was to our liking. We didn't see him after that. Other tables had received bread upon sitting, we did not. We were done eating for about 15 minutes and would have ordered dessert but we couldn't find our waiter. Finally I asked another waitress for a box for leftovers and to ask our waiter for our check. She brought a bag with the leftovers to us, and then our waiter finally appeared with our check. Needless to say, his tip reflected the service we received"

"Non-Steak lover here. I was blown away with all non-steak options. everything I tried was the pure heaven. my man had a steak and loved it (of course) I had the lamming and we shared the lobster dick. we had the crab-suffed mushrooms as appetizer and cream bruleee for dessert. my mouth is still eager to think about it. the service was also perfect. contempt, but not above the head or away a romantic dinner. the place had dimm, beautiful lighting and we were from a window with view of the reedy river. it was a little on the crowded side, the tables were close together and everyone table was full. it could have been a little quieter. but the noise was definitiw not overwhelming and did not ruin my experience at all. can not recommend enough! It's good, the hype."
