"My bf took me here for my birthday, which was pretty cool because neither of us had be here before. Beautiful views and a beautiful restaurant. We got the calamari appetizer,, which was not good. Flavor was amazing, but the calamari itself was overcooked and kind of had a freezer burnt taste. We both got salads, which were good. We also both got prime rib, which was amazing in flavor and the portion size was amazing. Our waitress, Bethany, was super sweet and made it a wonderful night."

"Our waitress struggled to serve us. Kept having to say Iâll be right back when asked about menu, availability of fresh catch, drinks. And took a while to come back. Had to ask for fresh water times; âsorry I forgotâ. Entrees ordered were missing items; brought later. For first time thought good was heavily salted and grilled items cooked with too much oil and seasoning. Sad night for us."

"The commercials all say for around $10 but that's without a drink. With a drink and tax it's more like $13 and some change. I would much rather have a sit down meal for $13 then to see people gorge themselves on poor quality food. If you stop and actually think about what your eating, you'll realize it doesn't look as good as it does on the commercial. It doesn't taste like much of anything either. Plus no one should eat as much food as that either. I mean I saw people making 5-8 trips back and forth. Quality is better than quantity. Remember that."

"Friend and I went before a concert. It was wonderful. The Spinat Artichoke was fantastic! Dinner was Porterhouse Steak for 2, garlic potatoes and asparagus. We tried the chocolate cake. We have a bottle of Merlot Duckhead wine!"

"We were visiting from Savannah and tried most, if not all, of the vegan places in Jacksonville. We easily loved Garden Truck the most. The breakfast wrap and the reuben were outstanding. All the sides were also delicious, especially the corn and the creamed spinach. We got a container of house- made pickles from their grab and go fridge and they were great too. We ate outside in the patio behind the building which was like an awesome little oasis. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly. We only were able to go twice before leaving town but they made us feel like regulars. I can't recommend this place enough. Updated from previous review on 2021-09-02"
