"Two former coworkers and I meet monthly for dinner to catch up on life. Our meals were very good. The restaurant was very busy, so it was a bit loud to easily carry on a conversation. Aside from that, our server asked us 6 times Is everything okay? , Do you need anything? . After we had paid our bills ~50 minutes after our arrival , the wait staff started giving us sideways glances. I thought the industry standard is 90 minutes for fine dining establishmens. We tipped 20%. Also, I don 't appreciate the SURCHARGE on guest bills for any reason. Overhead increases should be reflected in menu prices. This seems similar to airlines charging fees for each service. There are many restaurant choices in the area. We 'll dine elsewhere in the future. Parking: There is plenty of free parking available in the lot shared with neighboring hotel."

"My steak had a lot of fat and was vanie. It was under cooked, but they fixed that quickly. The onion rings and hot sauce are great. The food was fine but for $253 (no drinks) I can get better steaks downtown or at other steak houses Service was great. Brandi was very friendly. Crab cakes were excellent"

"We enjoy the quieter atmosphere at Eddie Merlot's on their off' days (Sun-Mon), when we can be less concerned about crowding during COVID times and be more focused on what counts: the food, the wine, and the company with whom to enjoy it. This time we had a tuna poke starter, Caesar salads, and mouth-watering Bison steaks, accompanied by Post mmmmmm!!! We finished with a nice surprise from the kitchen for my wife's birthday; spice cake and death by chocolate' cake, both indescribably delicious. What a memorable evening, and definitely worth repeating."
