"Took over 10m for server to finally come by the table. Steak was over cooked and tough, returned it and 2nd steak was still slightly over cooked but much better and tender. Steak or corn did not have great flavor or taste. Certainly not what I would expect from a top tier steak house."

"We've been here for brunch and loved it. they are now in transition to redesign and change the concept of the restaurant. I would recommend waiting to try it after they have completed their transition. we plan to give him another chance after the changes are completed. be careful with reservations. it always seems to be a glitter, but they correct it"

"My husband and I love Eddie Merlot's. We been there several times. We were there last night for our 15th anniversary. Our server, Bonifacio was the best. So courteous, knowledge, professional and attentive. Highly recommend to everyone. Ambience is perfect. Food cooked perfect. Filet mignon was tender, juicy and cooked the way we ordered. I loved my meal, New Orleans Mixed Grill."

"Excellent service staff and low light ambiente ideal for a special occasion or romantic date. However, the foods and drinks were clearly different from previous visits and not better. I am surprised that this fall of resistance. the pasta was drowned in the sauce, making it unhappy, our steaks were room temperature served on the cripple of the walking cold, and the cocktails were unbalanced. it seemed like there was a change in the kitchen and behind the bar since our previous visit."
