"Just back from a family meal in the upstairs restaurant here and what a joke. Our starters came 10 minutes after we ordered lukewarm and minimal. 40 minutes later our main arrived but it was not ours ..only one of the meals was for our...table ..15 minutes later the rest of our order came..only half the pizza had toppings on it , the creamy carbonara had no cream and the chicken burger was cold. Making a complaint embarrasses me but I really felt I had to say something . When we did say something we told to leave a review on trip advisor ..which puzzled me why they would want a bad review wrote about there business other than they really dont care. Severely went to the dogs . Also couldn't believe the amount the food cost when we got to the till . Pity because I have been eating from here for years and like to support local businesses unfortunately we wont be back for eating in nor take away."
