"This restaurant is located on the back side of Zwinger, towards the Holiday Inn.It serves excellent Ukrainian food. Very generous portions. Nice staff. Whoever is tired of Sauerbraten and the Roulade should come here. I thought that the ice cream they used for deserts was a little lower quality, but the other dishes were simply delicious. From the street the place seems perpetually sort of deserted, but don't be discouraged, it is a great opportunity to try something new. Once you come in you will notice that there are guests inside. They have a print-out of an English menu, otherwise the menu is printed in Russian and German. I communicated with the waitress in German, not sure if she knows English."

"Besides Sapori d'Italia around the corner this is the best place for pizza in Dresden. It's an original Italian family run business with everything which belongs to it. The interior is very Italian and absolutely not my style BUT as mentioned the pizza is great,...the service fast and prices value for money. The soft drink selection isn't special and they don't have other non-alcoholic alternatives."

"The fall season begins and this starts again our theater season. With our friends we had received tickets for the Dresdner Boulevardtheater, and before it goes for a fun, cheerful evening, of course, it should go before a cozy dinner. In the boulevard theatre the piece “Azzurro How do I have an Italian?” was shown. So, what is better than going to an Italian restaurant before the game was agreed? Rings around Comödie and Boulevardtheater, but the Gastro search is quite difficult because either go to the nearby Dresden Old Town, and there you have the problem with the mobile base, or you are looking for a gastro in the nearby southern suburb. Finally, I was busy with the Pizzeria and Trattoria “La Contadina” on the travel road. So in advance I reserved a table for us 5, and this evening it went to the big city. Trattoria La Contadina Also around the La Contadina the car park search was not quite easy, but we found a car park near the roadside. The restaurant is located directly on the corner of the Reisewitzer Straße/Bonhoefferplatz. From the cosy and shaded beer garden of the restaurant you have a beautiful view of the small park of the Bonhoefferplatz. Beer garden Trattoria La Contadina At the entrance of the restaurant we were greeted by a young, southern gentleman. He checked our reservation and accompanied us to our place in the restaurant. The restaurant is decorated in a cozy Italian village style. On rustic, colored wooden chairs you sit very well with a well-padded seat back. The rustic tables are sufficiently large to use large pizzas without problems. The walls are kept in turquoise, various wine and olive oil specialties decorate the last edge of the wall cladding. Another part of the restaurant is furnished in rustic style with old shelves and wooden beams as well as old ruins. Shortly after the placement the extensive menu was handed over to us and asked for the drinks. We discuss some time to study the beverage card first. The young man took off, but kept us always in sight, and when we had the drinks, he was on the table in a flash. Close menu So we ordered as drinks: · 2x 0.5ér Wernesgrüner Pilsner for 4,80 € · 2x 0.5ér Radler for every 4,50 € · 1x 0.25ér White Wine Pinot Grigio for 6,20 € After the young waiter first disappeared to prepare the drinks, we were able to browse the menu. Here we had the agony of choice again. It was to choose from 17 appetizers, 18 pasta dishes, 32 pizzas as well as various meat and fish dishes. Additional daily offers have been printed in a kind of cash register, which is a completely different idea. After our drinks were at the table after only 5 minutes, we could give our food wishes. As starters we wish: · 2x Insalata Caprese con Bufala Buffalo Mozzarella with Rispentomat, Rucola, Olives, Basil and Baguette for 11,50 € · 1x Antipasto Contadina with grilled vegetables (Paprika, Zucchini, Aubergine , ital. Sausage, various cheeses from Italy and olives for 12,50 € · 1x trio with Insalata Caprese (Büffel Mozzarella, Carpaccio Tirolese (marinated beef fillet thinly cut with shaved Grana Padano, Rucola, olive oil, fresh lemon, Vitello Tonnato (coal discs with homemade tuna sauce, capers 13, Sardella) Our friend and daughter wished the Insalata Caprese con Bufala. A thick layer of fresh rocket and some green and black olives was a fresh tomato that really tasted after fresh tomatoes. In addition, the thick ball buffalo was Mozzarella. The Mozzarella had the typical light yellowing and an intense, strong taste. The whole thing was seasoned by the olive oil produced by the Inn itself. There were still fresh, crispy baguettes. Insalata Caprese con Bufala Buffalo Mozzarella with rispentomat, rocket, olives, basil fresh baguette Our chef had enjoyed the trio of Insalata Caprese, Carpaccio Tirolese and Vitello Tonnato. Even he wasn't disappointed. While the buffalo Mozzarella was just as good as with his two ladies, the Carpaccio Tirolese could also convince with their thin and marinated beef fillets. Upstairs there was the blasted Grana Padano, fresh rocket and fresh lemon. All this again refined with the self-produced olive oil of the Gasthof. Finally there was the Vitello Tonnato, consisting of finely roasted calf slices, on top with a thick layer of homemade, very strong and tasty tuna cream sauce. The whole was optically refined by capers, anchovies and olives. Here is also the fresh and crispy baguette. Trio with Insalata Caprese, Carpaccio Tirolese, Vitello Tonnato I wanted to share with my wife the Antipasto Contadina. There was an empty plate, so we don't both have to run around on a plate. As usual, the antipasti plate was provided with grilled peppers, grilled zucchini, grilled mushrooms and grilled eggplants. A disc is different. Sauces such as Mortadella, Prosciutto and Salami Abruzzese (with fresh pepper and various cheeses from Italy such as Grana Padano and a fresh goat cheese). The whole was easily refined with olives and the delicious, self-pressed olive oil and the fresh baguette. The appetizers were already very good, now we were looking forward to the main dishes. Antipasto Contadina with grilled vegetables (Paprika, Zucchini, Aubergine, ital. Sausage, various cheeses from Italy and olives Antipasto Contadina with grilled vegetables (Paprika, Zucchini, Aubergine, ital. sausage, various cheeses from Italy and olives When the nice young man saw that we were done with the appetizers, he asked if we wanted to wait something or then go on with the main dishes. We wanted to continue because we had our theater appointment in the evening. After almost 20 minutes our main meals were brought to the table by our waiter and another young gentleman. The daughter of our friend had chosen the Spaghetti Carbonara. What looked like a little harp was a big part. What makes visual deception on a large plate. The spaghetti were pleasantly boiled al dente, the Carbonara was unfortunately not really Italian because it was made with egg yolk and cream sauce, which is actually a mortal sin for real Italians. The bacon was too fat and too much. The hearty Grana Padano could no longer leave. Spaghetti Carbonara spaghetti with egg yolk, bacon, cream sauce and Grana Padano Spaghetti Carbonara spaghetti with egg yolk, bacon, cream sauce and Grana Padano quite different the Tagliatelle Atlanticon our friend. Also here a neat part with al dente boiled tagliatelle, which was refined with a fine and creamy salmon cream sauce. Large pieces of salmon in the sauce gave the whole a delicious result. Here again ample fresh rocket. Our friend was completely satisfied. Tagliatelle Atlanticon – Tagliatelle mit Lachs Sahnesoße und Rucola My wife decided against her habit not for pasta because she would always eat the same, but for the pizza box. What she liked about this pizza was covered with fresh tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and basil. A thin crispy dough, which was a little on the edge and was airy, made this pizza her favorite. Pizza Caprese – (without tomato sauce with fresh tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and basil, I chose the pizza salumiere. Here too a large round pizza dough, which was very thin and crispy, on the edge brightly roasted flavors from the baking process. The pizza was covered with three slices of a very spicy salami, a large and thin slice of front ham and some small slices of a really sharp salami. At one corner was the same fried bacon as it was consecrated at the Carbonara. The whole thing was baked with a lot of mozzarella. By this compilation, however, the pizza was very fat, and certainly nothing for people who need to observe their calories. Pizza Salumiere mit Salami, Vorderschinken, spicy Salami und Speck Our cook had the same pizza as me, but he wished an additional 1.70 € supplement, fresh rocket on his pizza. In the end, I was annoyed to have taken the rocket a little. Pizza Salumiere mit Salami, Vorderschinken, spicy Salami, Speck and more Rucola Shortly after 7 p.m. we were here for 1.5 hours, we were ready with our dishes, but now we had to see that we could repair the 3 km to the theatre. We paid, and the waiter told us the next time, we should take more time because food should be a pleasure with time, and not a walk. He's right. But how long have we got the Wjelbik in Bautzen with appetizer, main and dessert? We were out after about an hour. But I like a lot of time. so you can wait for the bus; Our conclusion: We left € 5 136.20 in La Contadina in Dresden. A very friendly service, a rustic, clean place and a lush menu invite you to dinner. It wasn't all on the (Italian point, but we like to come back."

"Zeche: 35,00 € per person General: A proposal for a contribution to the rehabilitation of the Greek state budget: From every Greek host abroad active to collect a license fee for the marketing of Greek cuisine. Something's coming together. Again in Dresden and a bit around to find a promising Greek. To the twenty Greeks it must be in Dresden and my choice fell on the Artemis in the Löbtau district. With the impression of Artemis, the visit of Syrtaki recently in Chemnitz and the other visits of the Greeks in Dresden Acheron and Leipzig Sappho, Kellari, Waskostdas I see as a small intermediate result that the Greeks in Leipzig have clearly the nose, because I had only average values on the plates in Chemnitz and Dresden. But back to Artemis. It is located in a street with typical Dresden old buildings, also in a corner house. Such a beautiful environment. The team's holiday statement was announced on the Facebook page. Perhaps also a statement that the Artemis had found an almost complete terrace on a lukewarm Monday evening and some guests had also found themselves inside. Well, the public from the environment. The cuisine of Artemis can be acceptable for local care in the district, but the path is not worth the more critical Greek walker. The price level is moderate and deserves four stars. The Artemis retains only one Facebook page on the Internet: [hidden link]. Service: Three men and a woman act at the tables. A male force only wore up and was not powerful for the German. The tribal forces were polite and the drinks were served flott. To welcome there was some alcoholic sweetness and in the further course two ouzo on ice as further gifts of the host. I had only ordered the appetizers Solo so that the food with the later main food was still pleasant. For service without stops on or off my usual three stars. The beer prices are favourable: 0.3 l of field sludge come to €2.10 and Ducksteiner to €2.30. The fourth standard wines are white or red with 3.95 € on the map. The bottle of water 0.7 l costs 4.90 €. A small wine card shows twelve bottled wines, especially from the famous large bottles. Food: The map is extensive and offers not only the usual, remarkable many pan dishes, some of which are served with chassis cream sauce! The dishes are also hospitable. My first gang consisted of Calamaressalat 5,45 € and Taramas 4,45 €. There was a basket with three thick slices of fresh box of white bread. The Calamaressalate consisted essentially of vegetables. The photo shows well that the pipe sections had to be searched by the Calmar. At least he was a classic. Vinegar, oil and a pepper mill were brought on request. So lettuce a little label pig. Better the Taramas and well cut with four larger balls. It was pleasantly firm, but fishy. So, Ligamentfeld. After a digestion intermezzo I got lamb fillet with herbal butter and thick beans 13,90 €. Very good the thick beans in a spicy tomato sauce. The lamb oversalted and medium-grilled. After an internalized lesson at RK, I could observe that I had lambs on the meat slice and not the round fillet. I pushed the herbal butter aside to avoid the good meat taste. Overall the bid was moderate and I appreciate the food with 3.25 stars. Ambience: You enter the Artemis through the entrance at the corner of the house and have the choice between a slightly hose-like right area and the more spacious left area with the counter. Although not colored blue-white, but otherwise very greekly designed with beams, decoration ceiling, room divider, sitting niches, sculptures, metaxa bottles, paintings with Greek motifs. The floor is covered with a stick parquet that looked like a dark oak. The two little ones. The table rows are well separated from each other and the running paths between them are spacious. For the ear there were only classic Syrtaki, after which the music color changed to the wearer. A very good impression was made from the terrace on the left side of the entrance on a wooden base with armor to the trottoir, geraniums and trees as a shade dispenser. Cleanliness: I couldn't find anything important. The visit to the wet room also showed a modern and clean toilet."

"We went here on Saturday night because the place is a heartbeat away from our hotel (we intended to go to the Greek place down the street but it was full). We had pizza and Sea Bass. Sea Bass was a 3/5 they need...to grill this stuff instead of preparing it however they do, because the fish gets too watery and kinda soggy very quick. The linguine that comes with the pasta was soaked in fish water and trust me when I tell you, it did not taste good! Pizza was better just normal, nothing wrong with it. See our pics. We also had a desert: Sundae with a mix of ice cream and fruit flambé. The ice cream and the fruits appeared to be delicious, but they bring out a little jar of some liquor and they pour that over the ice cream and the fruit in front of you. I recommend stoping them and give you the liquor on a side so you can taste it and decide if you still want to pour it over your desert. I wish I had done that because we really didn’t like the liquor and our entire desert was drowned in it. Service was nice (they came to ask if everything is ok a couple of times), but when we ordered desert after our meal, we waited for good 20 minutes or so only to realize our waiter is leaving (end of his shift I guess) and it seemed like he never submitted our desert order to the kitchen. Another server brought us the desert after he asked us what was it again that we ordered.. overall, I’d say your experience at this place will probably depend on your luck. Also, I have to say, I really don’t understand the odd decorations at this place. The best I can describe it is that it looked like someone had some kind of a weird mix of a birthday and Christmas party at once, in what appears to be a normal restaurant, and they forgot to take down the decorations from this odd cross breed party. I don’t quite understand it, but I don’t really care, my rating would be the same regardless. Just needed to mention that and get it off my chest."
