"In the area for a short holiday we could not wait until Valentina returns to dinner. The first time here, a year ago, everything about our visit was a delicious, lasting culinary memory. This second time, though, did not leave us with a urge. The paper-thin pulp with Zilantro oil was delicate, but not tasteful, for the price of perhaps an ounce of pulp it was not worth seeing new. The sea bass, while cooked to a perfect moisture, was Blande. The carving was good, but he doesn't come with fries or another side. Some greens that would have been sitting in a Rinaigrette would have been a nice addition to the dish instead of just a meat presentation. Cudos at our waiter, our service lived up to our expectations. We felt respected and our dishes were undisturbed. I'm sorry, but with so many great restaurants in the area, Valentina won't be missed by us."
