"The food was okay/average but we came here expecting good service(currently no. 2 on trip advisor)... sadly this was not the case. Rude and incredibly slow service ruined the experience. As a very laid back customer who does not expect much... I felt that my patience was tested!!"

"Mom's is highly rated on TripAdvisor and we were expecting a reasonable good burger experience. The salads with feta we ordered as well as the chicken and tomato soups were very tasty and reasonably well done, served with very good tasting ciabatta. The problem was with the burgers. We ordered the XL cheeseburgers whose size certainly lives up to the name. However, on the taste side they were a complete disappointment. The meat was overlooked, with the edges burned to a crisp. They were also extremely salty, to the point of almost being inedible. The sauce was a tasteless red mess. Also, if you decide to eat at Mom's, make sure that you are very specific with the order in which you want the food to be served. Otherwise, you will find yourself with a table full of food, soups, salads and burgers all piled together."
