"This was the first time I had eaten here and chose it because of the reviews and location due to out of town guests. We all enjoyed our evening here, thought the food was excellent and we had great service, thanks to our server Alex. The tiramisu was delicious as well! Highly recommend Parma!"

"Absolutely the best customer service I ever had. DoorDash failed again to put all the order in the bag before you go and leave half of my order. I called the restaurant to let her know for the future. Do not expect them to bring me the other half in person and they did. I definitely come back. But maybe I will go this time and get the order myself and let them know the tip they deserve!"

"El Encanto in Odysea has a great ambience and decor and friendly service. I enjoyed the food, and the prices were mexican food standard, not exorbitantly raised because of venue. There is a full bar along a wall in gorgeous floor to ceiling wood that really adds to the ambience, as well as limited outdoor covered seats, and great views along the window side of the restaurant. I would recommend El Encanto if you were hungry after a walk through the aquarium."

"Chicago style deep dish delicious! This necklace is just from Chicago and tastes like that. Crispy and buttery crust, with toppings. I'm not a fan of Italian sausage HOWEVER, they don't put a fennel in their sausage and that's exactly the ingredient I don't like! Lou's Italian sausage was savory and had the perfect amount of taste to balance the sweetness of the tomato sauce. Delicious!!!"

"Such a sweet place with a great mood! I started with a drink, the strawberry flower that was delicious. I would definitely order the freshly made Focaccia, super tasty. The Bolognese was very good and the wine was excellent. Our server so friendly and had no problem staying with us after enjoying the closeness of the wine."

"We're out of town and this was our first time to DeFalcos... The food was fantastic and the staff was very friendly... If you're looking for a place that has atmosphere, it's probably not the place for you... but if you're a food, that's absolutely the place for you... All we tried was excellent... Our party ordered 2 pizzas, 1 calzone, 3 salads and Ruben sandwich. Portions are enormous and the taste is from the charts... 2 people in our group got a piece of carrot cake and some cannoli to take home both were absolutely delicious... If we're back in Scottsdale, we're back at DeFalco's!"

"This place oozes of authentic Italian charm. Red and white checkered table covers, pictures of famous people on the walls, and Louis Prima playing in the background. I dropped in for lunch on a whim. I ordered their Giuseppe's Sub an an Italian style mixed meat sub. It was very true to an East coast sub with perfect amount of meat cheese, veggies, and dressing. Great bread. Amazing how many places can't get a sub right. This was a sign that must return to try their traditional Old World dishes."
