"We attended this venue for a company banquet. The venue itself is impressive. Each banquet hall seemed full. Clearly they couldn't cope. The noise from the next hall was so loud during speeches. Embarrassed for organizers. The food was shocking. 5 courses. They had 5 chances to get this right. From a Caesar salad, which consisted of limp lettuce dressed in sauce and that was it, to a main course which was so dry you had to eat a vegetable with the meat so you wouldn't choke. We didn't even receive any sauce as they were so short on food. Dessert isn't even worth mentioning. Staff were clearly distressed, embarrassed and struggling to keep up. Not their fault. Bad bad management. I would not recommend this venue for private or business functions."

"First time eating here after many years. Very disappointed. Pizza had no flavour. Veal parmigiana was tiny, served on an appetizer plate and this too had no flavour. Served with mashed potatoes which were more like ice cream because they were so cold. Was never offered pepper or parmigiana cheese for any of our meals including pasta dishes. Service was extremely limited. Ordered drinks before we ordered our meals and during our 3 hour sitting, we were never offered a second drink. Considering the outrageous prices, consumers deserve a better experience."

"This is a family friendly restau which highlights the various pasta dishes it serves.Each of my party really enjoyed the selections that we ordered..all with colourful Italian names. The dishes offered ,go from the classic marinara to all sorts of interesting sauces,one even using raisins!...something delicious and different!You are not limited to pasta dishes as entrees. There are meat and fish dishes too.Something for everyone.The service was friendly and prompt.Testament to its popularity .on a Tuesday night ,the restau was full.I would recommend this place to friends.The pricing for meals was mid-range.A nice evening out."

"Our special occasion pizza. Not cheap, but the value for the size and the quality is second to none. One large slice will fill you up, and 2 will make you groan. Anyone Remember Dante's from Thornhill. Well here he is again!Italian Salad, Eggplant parmesan, Supreme Pizza Large thin crust, starting to drool just thinking about it. And we dare you to try the meat lovers, with handfuls of bacon ready to send your cholesteral through the roof! There's your normal order in pizza, and then there's Paolettis! "Best Veal Sandwiches ever. We always buy extra so we can one for lunch the next day. Service is always great. I don 't know why anyone would give this place a bad review. It 's beyond me. I took my cousin from Italy and he said it was a perfect veal !!"
