"We told the waitress we were splitting all of our order, but when it came, there were no salad tongs to split the salad, and the main meal well, we had to split it ourselves. We're used to getting our meal split (and don't mind paying extra for it) when we share our order. (Obviously not big eaters) The food is great, nevertheless, and not inexpensive. It feels good to support a local business. We can't put our finger on it, but we didn't feel welcome, just served."

"Last night for Christmas dinner. Mine was very average. The buffalo mozzarella was amazed in the caprese salad. The turkey dinner itself was tasteless and flavored. The highlight of the meal was the cream Brûlée for dessert. This special dinner was definitely NOT worth the $55. The service was absolutely impeccable. Natasha was great."

"Came here for a quick drink over the weekend and sat on the patio as it was unseasonably warm and sunny out. What a nice spot the server she was super friendly and very good at her job, the beer was cold and tasty wish we were able to spend more timeat Fluid. We will definitely be back next time we're in Courtenay!"
