"In a word; Divine! Visited for our 1 year wedding anniversary on Friday and was greeted and seated by warm and friendly staff. After ordering drinks and main meals, we realised there would be a wait for food as it is clearly all made to order, so we asked for some bread to keep us going until the meals arrived. Nothing seemed too much trouble and after a couple of minutes, lovely warm crusty baguettes arrived and took the edge off until the main event; My husband's seafood platter special and my slow-cooked pork. The pork fell apart beautifully and went very well with the peppercorn sauce (which I asked to swap from the mustard sauce on the menu and the pineapple tart was the star accompaniment! I would like to review the seafood, but I don't eat it! However, my husband will tell you it was delicious (made evident by the fact he ate it all! We then finished our meal with the creme brulee and a mango sorbet and here is where you will find the only negative comment; The house-made biscuits that are served with the creme brulee were soft. We mentioned this to one of the staff and she explained they are put in a jar when they are still slightly warm, hence the reason they go soft, but this was such a small aspect of an amazing dining experience that I cannot give any less than 5 stars! Next time we come to Wales, we plan on lunching here so we can enjoy the views and some more exquisite food"
