"We booked here for people including kids. On arrival there was no table assigned to us. The heat inside the premises was as noted on my phone. NO AIR CON. The drinks were fine but the food. The food was bog standard....We ordered two Angus beef burgers from the specials menu. They were processed meat burgers not nice at all. My kids ordered normal burgers which were much tastier and cheaper. My mother in law ordered the chicken burger which was very poor too. Overall the food is not good. The service was deplorable. As we sat at our table the waitress made comment to our waiter in German these are looking for English menus watch out I then wanted to pay our bill of for burgers and a pizza by Visa card only to be told we only take German cards here, Cash only AVOID AVOID AVOID. I've eaten in many places around Europe and have never been refused to take a card. I didn't expect it in Munich . I recommend you try some where else."

"I had always wanted to go to a Trader Vic's given its history and endurance as a brand. While staying at the Bayerischer Hof hotel, family and I attended for dinner. Service was very good. Menu selection is wide and varied. But the food was not correspondingly of high quality. Our food was very salty and the dishes we ordered all carried a similar taste.Disappointing."
