"This is a long review, but everything was so great that I wanted to comment on the entire dinner experience. Our server was Andrea and she did a great job despite it being a very busy Valentine's Day weekend Saturday night. We had a fabulous dinner to celebrate our Anniversary. We ordered from the special Valentine's Day menu, which was a four course dinner complete with a glass of champagne at the end to top it all off. I started with the baked Cajun Oysters, which were the best oysters I have ever had. The Tasso cream cheese sauce is truly delicious. My wife had the Bayou Blue Crab Bisque, which was also very good. Then we both had the Steakhouse Wedge Salad. The blue cheese and bacon makes this a great salad. For the entre I had the Cajun Filet. This is where the WOW really comes in. I ordered the filet rare and it came out perfectly cooked. This was the most tender and flavorful steak I have had in a long time. They use the same sauce as the Cajun oysters and it really compliments the taste of the steak. The potatoes and beans paired very nicely with the steak. My wife ordered the Grouper Pontchartrain, which she said was excellent. The grouper was tender and had a slightly crispy crust, which was just right. For dessert we both ordered the Key Lime pie, which was truly yummy. They drizzle a light raspberry sauce on the plate to give an extra combination of flavors. Ending with two glasses of champagne for a Anniversary toast. Rarely have I been to a restaurant where each course tasted so good and the detail in the presentation of the plate was very elegant. Well done chef!!!"

"We went with sushi because there were so many possibilities!!! We went on a Tuesday night and missed on a few of the reels we wanted because we missed the Monday evening sushi $2 off e/roll!! We will definitely visit again!!! One of the most AMAZING Sushi experiences I've ever had! Everything was so fresh and tasteful and absolutely delicious!! The ceviche and the white chocolate bread pudding were OUTSTANDING! "

"Came here with my wife for her birthday and we were NOT disappointed. All of the food tasted fresh which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions were just enough to make you feel full without feeling too stuffed. Plus, the presentation of the plates was just splendid. Everything looked as good as it tasted. Also, compliments to our server, Mary. She made sure we were well taken care of and spaced the meals were spaced out just right so we weren't rushed or waiting on our food. Overall, I would definitely recommend Fin Fork if you're looking a good seafood place that is just fancy enough to not break the pocketbook."
