"We visited zen merge yesterday for the first time to the birthday of our (young) daughter. alberto cooked us the hibachi and we had a great time. he was great with our 3 young children, friendly for us four adults and prepared to eat well. my daughter had a wonderful experience thanks to him! the food proportions were significant, and we were satisfied with the quality. we don't often go to eat, but if we want a good experience and worth it, we'll definitely plan on zen fusion and ask for alberto!"

"Our visit to Rochester Chop House for my wife's birthday party started on the wrong foot when we arrived and learned that the restaurant had somehow lost the reservation I had made a month ago and only updated two days ago. But the person responsible asked us to give him a few minutes and returned soon to let us know that he had a table of 8 ready for us that quickly became a table of 9 when a guest I had forgotten to count. We were impressed- and very relieved-- that on a busy Saturday evening packed with the restaurant, he managed to find a table to visit our entire group, the guests who had traveled all the way from San Francisco, Minneapolis and Lansing to visit this dinner. Once sitting, we received excellent service from Evelyn, supported by Tyrone? and Max. Our food and drink came out with little delay, and each dish from the appetizers to the entrees to the desserts looked beautiful and tasted even better. Our guests have all shaved about the quality of food. The evening ended with my wife getting a free birthday hot fudge ice cream cream cream cream cream cream cream buffer. We all left the Chop House very satisfied. I should add that this is the third milestone event that our family celebrated at Rochester Chop House, and every time our food and service was excellent. We look forward to many more great meals in this great establishment."
