"3rd September we wanted a roast. We both had a bad back and did not want to cook (Not that my partner cooks! We were lucky as only 3 mins to last orders! The man could of easily said no. Thank goodness he took my order. It arrived nice and hot. And huge portions. I definitely would order again."

"I visited this restaurant with a friend last night. Having been here before we were really looking forward to it. First the waitress forgot our starters so they tried to serve the mains first. Then our mains came up and they had been clearly kept...warm and not very successfully. My fillet strak which i had requested medium to well was so dry and overcooked and COLD! They took them away and recooked them. By the time we ate it was (our table was booked for when it came to the bill they didn't charge for the starters but frankly that wasn't enough. On the bill they had actually written in red capitals that there was no service charge which is optional to pay anyway! Needless to say no tip was left. Very disappointed, however I can recommend the beef dripping sauce for steak, that was delicious."
