"We have been here a few times to dine over the last year and their prices went up while their plates and menu items got smaller. $41 for a cheese platter that had items missing, our waiter forgot to follow up and ask only to have some items delivered after we had finished our cheese platter. It was not worth $41, as a year ago our platter was double the size. We were disappointed and not sure if we will return to dine anytime soon."

"With guests in town we wanted to take them somewhere we had been in the past that was unique and had great food. Where the ambience was great and the service was always on par. Small Barn was a sure thing, right? Wrong. This place used to serve food and drinks that were unique and done well. Last night we went and were fortunately seated inside since old town on a Friday night is a bit of a noisy mess. Ambiance wise, things were fine. We ordered drinks, and although they are very overpriced they were just ok. Nothing great. We ordered the feta appetizer, on recommendation from our server. This was not good. The Brussels were ok, again, nothing special. We ordered two orders of cioppino, a burger and a steak frites. The burger seemed ok, it's a burger. The cioppino was apparently their take on Cioppino. It came with grilled bread but had no broth. The mussels were a combination of underdone or ones that didn't open at all means they were bad). The fish on top was quite good but I didn't order fish, I ordered cioppino. The steak frites were shockingly overpriced $54) and the fries come in a bowl with the steak cut up on a plate. Perhaps more of a deconstructed steak frites with overcooked steak despite being asked for medium-rare. In all fairness we didn't complain or send food back, but based on the quality of food along with their prices I doubt we will be back. We don't go out often and would absolutely have no problem paying high prices for good food. This was underwhelming at best. The server was friendly and attentive so the extra star on what would have been a 2-star review is for her."
