"We went on a Saturday at 4. It was busy but not crazy. The service was very good. Our waitress was extremely pleasant. The food was amazing. If you're going to get anything off of the salad bar buffet, I would recommend just getting the lobster bisque. It was to die for."

"This is my third time at this particular location, and the worst experience I've ever had at this location. First 2 times I was here, there was no issue at all. I don't know what the problem was this time around, but 45 minutes to get a refill is unacceptable. Asked for a drink menu, and then nobody coming back to take my order so I can have a drink was just sad. I watched other people go pick the water pitcher up and refill their own drinks. We had a trainee and a trainer working the corner where we were seated. Both need a retrain."
