"You feel at home right away. I love Saumagen since I lived in Speyer and had really appetite. So found Google search and this great store. The website convinced me. So reserved a table. A rustic ambience and great staff. There are good wine advice from the waiter, but there is also a sommelier available. The food, I had of course Saumagen, was inspired by classical cuisine, but also the modern Cucina pointed out, which made the dish very interesting. My partner had vegetarian Königsberger Klopse. Very interesting and tasteful super. So we'll see each other soon. I'm looking forward to the time you can sit outside."

"Wir waren 3 Personen und hatten einen Tisch im Freien reserviert. Es dauerte einige Zeit, bis wir die Speisekarte bekamen und noch länger, bis wir endlich bestellen konnten. Dann dauerte es über eine Stunde, bis das Essen kam. Meine Vorspeise hätte dann gleichzeitig zum Hauptgericht kommen sollen, was ich abgelehnt habe (sie wurde problemlos zurückgenommen). Das Essen war ok, aber kein besonderes Highlight. Meine Lammfilets waren heiß, aber durchgebraten und etwas geschmacksneutral, ähnlich wie die anderen Gerichte. Der Kaffee nach dem Essen dauerte dann wieder 20 Minuten. Es gab nie eine Entschuldigung, sondern nur irgendwelche flapsigen Bemerkungen. Ein Wiederbesuch steht jedenfalls erst mal nicht zur Diskussion."

"Name it and it is probably good there. The calamari was divine, the risotto with sausage and mushrooms and truffle pasta was pure heaven. And the Tiramisu and Creme caramel are absolute musts. Btw, the service is great. old fashioned Italian style!"

"A popular restaurant close to Checkpoint Charlie, serving mainly French cuisine Whilst not cheap, the food was exceptionally high quality with their steaks being of particular note. One of our party did have an issue with their fish shush was promptly and efficiently dealt with...Often it is when things don’t quite go to plan that the true qualities of an establishment’s customer service are found This was indeed the case here High recommended only the higher cost prevents this being an unreserved Star rating"
