"So, we order a couple of cappuccinos and two glasses of water, and two breakfast tacos, without bacon (religious reasons). Half an hour later, here come the cappuccinos, no water. Ok. A solid hour later, we finally get the tacos - bacon included. After reminding the waitress that we ordered the tacos without bacon, she just said: "We can remove the pieces from your tacos?" Not to mention that they did not even have the decency to offer to pay for the coffee, or try to make up for the inconvenience they have caused us in any other way.If you are looking for a fancy-schmancy café/restaurant with really crappy service, 'Promenada' is just the place."
