"Cameron was outstanding!!! He was the perfect level of attentive, even though he had way too many tables to serve. I am not a wine drinker and Cameron offered a sample of a wine that was perfect. He listened to the flavor profile I enjoyed as well as that of my companion and somehow brought a sample both of us could drink He's a wine wizard lol. In addition to this recommendation he maintained his composure regardless of how many tables tried to get his attention and having to hustle to move guest sitting outside indoors, when the sky opened up l and it started to pour down rain. The hostesses were accommodating as well. The pleasant attitudes of every staff member made the experience enjoyable. Now for the food I had a whiskey flight which was lovely. I typically have sweet cocktails so I can't taste the alcohol but the apple, cinnamon and honey whiskeys were enjoyable straight. They were bittersweet with a distinct taste of apple, cinnamon or honey. I could enjoy any of the 3 blended into a hot totty or tea. We only partook in appetizers but the chicken quesadilla was seasoned perfectly. It was clearly fresh chicken breast, onions and green peppers. Not too salty or overly seasoned. The charcuterie board was tasty as well. I'm not a dip fan and I enjoyed the hummus and forgive my uncouthness for not recalling the name of the olive paste dip but it was good as well and I typically only enjoy olives on a supreme pizza. Very fresh food, abundant beer, wine spirit selections, excellent location (Old Town Alexandria)and professional attentive staff, what more could I ask for?"

"I got a great breakfast here. Sushi Express is a clean, fast and friendly place. There's a fresh fruit bar, a breakfast bar, soup, refrigerated juices. You can sit and eat or get it to go. They serve Asian and American foods. I'd give it 5 stars but I want to eat dinner here first. I got great treatment here. It will be worth coming back."

"While the people working here are lovely, the food (breakfast at least) is very overpriced and underwhelming. The crabcake in the benedict was brown , the veggies were undercooked, the fruit was all the straight from the can (10000% not fresh at all). The granola parfait was covered in syrup and super sugary. We had a piece of glass we bit into when eating pancakes and showed it to the waiter who goes oh it 's not glass, just plastic . However they were incredibly apologetic and comped the meal and brought us free dessert on the house. The dessert was the best part of the meal by far."

"Delicious crepes! I had the Alexandrian and a Nutella crepe on a busy Saturday morning. Seating was available inside and outside. Service was fast and attentive. Presentation of the food was nice, except for serving the crepes on chipped plates. That seems like it should be some kind of violation."

"Had a very tasty (and slightly pricey) dinner here. The pork chop was fantastic, as was the banana pudding and skillet cookie for dessert. Trout was so so. Service was very friendly. The inside was nice, clean and spacious, though it lacked a bit of charm. Overall, solid stop would dine again."
